David Zak is President of Zak Law Offices P.C. Prior to forming the firm, Mr. Zak worked in the underwriting and loan origination departments of Everbank and Global Bank, working with several hundred mortgage companies throughout the United States to analyze and approve residential loan applications for over 10,000 borrowers. Mr. Zak also worked as Director for Business Development for Kliman Law Offices P.C., a nationally recognized real estate law firm. During that time, Mr. Zak managed business relations with nearly two-hundred mortgage brokerage firms throughout the United States and developed marketing initiatives with several national correspondent lenders on behalf of the loan origination industry. Prior to that, Mr. Zak worked in the real estate and business litigation departments of Rudolph Friedmann LLP, a law firm highlighted in 2006 by Massachusetts Lawyer's Weekly as one of the state's "Super Law Firms."
